The TELUS Fire on Ice musical fireworks will project you into a universe of shapes and colors,
Countries and regions such as Russia, Austria, Germany, Belgium , France, Québec and many more will be present.
This village will allow the festival-goers to celebrate and enjoy customs of different communities and origins. Traditional dishes, local wines, crafts and much more awaits the visitors!

Around the Fireplace… Holiday Traditions
There is no doubt about it: rosy cheeks, pine trees, lights and snowflakes… it will soon be the holiday season! To celebrate, the Château Ramezay offers throughout the month of December a series of very entertaining activities that will bring cheer to the whole family.

Hang up your Christmas stocking!
The Château Ramezay invites kids to hang up a Christmas stocking on one of its fireplaces. This is a unique activity in Montreal. So beware: no naughty kids allowed!
Stockings are on sale at the Château Ramezay.
Price: $10.
Stockings are hung from December 1 to 23, 2012.
Stockings must be picked up during the week of January 6, 2013.
Once upon a time…
… there was a Château where young and old gathered joyfully to hear tales be told. Eric Michaud and Francis Désilets will take you into a world where little devils and flying canoes actually exist!
Entrance fee to the museum: 10$ for adults
Dates : Saturdays, December 3, 10, 17, and 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 2 p.m. in French; 3:13 p.m. in English.
Baking workshop: make a brioche the old fashioned way
Following the purest of culinary traditions, kids are invited to bake a sweetbread using a time-honoured Nouvelle-France recipe.
Churn the butter, break-up the sugar, knead the dough, and have a taste of the delicious brioche you made.

Choir and quartet
To put you in the holiday mood and for the delight of all ears, the Château Ramezay invited a choir and quartets to perform various repertories: Christmas songs for children as well as traditional and international songs.

This series of ‘pyro-musical’ shows not only kicks off the winter season, but puts you right at the heart of holiday magic!
